由「CASABLANCA 」冠名贊助，全港首次以《B.Duck》為主題的「B.Duck Run 2018 HK」將於2018年7月15日上午9時至下午6時假大埔科學園舉行，賽事分為5公里、2公里繽紛跑3人家庭組及個人組與800米親子跑。
當日仲加推B.Duck平衡車同樂日，一班活潑好動嘅小車手可以盡情大顯身手喇！

當完成報名程序後，大會即向毎名參賽者發出「報名確認電郵」確認報名成功，列明參賽組別及資料。 請細心檢查資料，如發現任何誤差，請立即以電郵至bduckrun@ibansport.com 向大會更新。若於報名後兩星期，仍未收到確 認電郵，請致電3611 8501 與我們聯絡。

Before enrollment, please collect the following information from all your team member(s):

Once the enrollment is completed, participants will receive a "Confirmation E-mail" to verify the enrollment. Please check the registered information carefully. For any necessary update of the team information, please email us at bduckrun@ibansport.com. Please contact us at 3611 8501 if participants do not receive any confirmation email 2 weeks after the enrollment are submitted.

本會不會提供泊車地方。參加者可以選擇把車停泊在香港科學園第一、二期停車場。切勿違例泊車。

公共交通工具:

※由大學港鐵站乘搭272K 車程5分鐘
※由沙田港鐵站（排頭街近宜家傢俬）乘搭27 號小巴車程10 分鐘
※由觀塘碼頭巴士總站或大埔九龍坑開出的74D 號巴士，每60 分鐘一班
※由於車位有限，參加者請盡量乘搭公共交通工具前往集合地點。

駕車：

※香港科學園第一、二期設有多層及地下停車場。


The organizer will not provide any parking area. Participants may use the fee-charging Car parks of Hong Kong Science Park Phases 1 and 2. Illegal parking is prohibited. As parking lots are limited, the Participants are advised to access the assembly point by public transport:
※5-minute from MTR University Station by taking 272K.
※10-minute from MTR Shatin Station (Pai Tau Street, near to IKEA) by taking green minibus route number 27.
※Bus 74D departing from Kwun Tong Ferry Bus Terminus or Tai Po Kau Lung Hang (a 60- minute headway).

注意事項

1. 成功報名以完成付款及收到付款確認為準。
2. 參賽者必須仔細閱讀以下事項。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參賽者確認及同意接受一切賽事的規則、條款和安排。
3. 參賽者個人意外保險需自行負責。
4. 參賽者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加比賽。如有疑問，請先諮詢醫生的意見。
5. 參賽資格一經接納，報名費將不獲退還及不可轉讓。大會將於收到申請後十個工作天內發出確認。如未有預期收到確認電郵，請立即與大會聯絡。
6. 重複的報名，將被算作一個單一的報名。額外的報名費不予退還，並不能轉移到其他申請人或賽事。提交的報名資料將不予退還。
7. 不接受現場及逾期報名。
8. 選手包、號碼布及計時晶片將會在比賽前通知參加者領取，參加者需攜同電郵列印本或以電子形式展示電郵領取，各紀念T恤尺碼數量有限，先到先得，派完即止。
9. 大會保留聯絡申請者之權利，以便查詢有關其報名資料之事宜。
10. 大會保留本活動之最終決定權，任何有關活動的臨時活動改動或消息將以大會網站公佈為準。如參加者引起公眾不安， 或作出其他大會認為不當的行為，大會有權取消參加者比賽資格。
11. 大會保留解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關活動的臨時改動或取消，將以官方網站通知為準。

其他事宜

1. 大會將設有行李寄存服務、水站及醫療站。如有需要，請預留充足的時間寄存行李後再移步前往起跑區內等候。切勿攜帶貴重物品，如有損毀或遺失，大會將不會負任何責任及作出任何賠償。參加者一旦使用此安排，已被假定接受此條款。
2. 請把號碼布妥善地懸掛於胸前顯眼位置，以便賽道工作人員記錄。參加者需妥善保管賽事物資如號碼布，如有遺失，大會將不會補發。
3. 為確保各參加者之安全，大會工作人員將於賽道沿途維持秩序，參加者必須遵從工作人員的指示。
4. 為免釀成意外，大會呼籲參加者切勿於起步區、賽道範圍及終點區停留自拍、拍攝及錄影。
5. 如活動過程中須向大會查詢及要求協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
6. 為了減低終點區的擠迫情況及避免發生意外，參加者抵達終點線後，請盡快離開終點區。
7. 該活動所引發的任何爭議（包括本聲明或任何參加規則的解釋和行使），該大會將擁有最終的決定權。

Important notices

1) A completed enrollment is counted as payment successful and received payment confirmation email notice.
2) Participants must study the rules and regulations listed below carefully. Participants who completed the registration process agreed to be abided by the rules and regulations of the race that has been signed up.
3) Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance cover.
4) Runners should make sure their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
5) Once the entry is accepted, entry fee are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. An acknowledgement email will be sent to the registered email address within 10 working days after the Organiser has received the registration. Otherwise, please contact the Organiser immediately.
6) Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The extra fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or race. Also, the submitted form and information will not be returned.
7) Late or on-site enrollment will not be accepted.
8) Race pack pick-up notice will be sent to participants 2 weeks before the event day. Participants should show the email copy (hard or soft copy) to pick up the race pack with bib number and timing chip. Tee size availability is provided on a first come first serve basis during subject to stock condition of race pack distribution
9) The Organiser reserves the right to contact Participants for information regarding their registration.
10) The Organiser reserves the right of final decision of the event. Any changes or contingency measures for the event announced by the Organiser and posted on the Official website shall prevail. The Organiser also reserves the right to disqualify participants who commit any conduct, which arouses public concern or is otherwise deemed in appropriate by the Organiser.
11) The Organiser reserves the right to interpret the above rules. Temporary change or cancel of any activities, will be subject to the notice on official website.

Others

1. Baggage storage will be provided. Please do not bring any valuable items. The Organizer is not responsible for the lost or damage of the baggage stored with us.
2. Participants shall wear the number bibs visibly on their chests for the race officials to record their race results. They should ensure the number bibs and other race materials are properly kept as no replacement bib will be provided.
3. To ensure the safety of Participants, race officials will be deployed along the route to maintain order. Participants must follow instructions given by the race officials during the race.
4. For safety reasons, DO NOT stop at the Start, along the course and at the Finish for selife / photo/ video recording.
5. Should there be any emergencies or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information center.
6. In order to reduce the overcrowding of the terminal area and to avoid accidents, please leave the terminal area as soon as possible after arriving at the finish line.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or clarify the above race rules. In the event of dispute in respect of or arising from the Event including the interpretation and application of this declarations or any rules and regulations, the decision of the Organizers shall be final, binding and conclusive.

B.Duck 平衡車 10分鐘 耐力挑戰賽免責條款及聲明:

明白上述之活動屬高危運動項目，參加者應衡量個人需要，自行選購個人保險。本人謹證明參加者是自願參加上述賽事，並願意自行承擔所有責任。本人及參加者明白亦謹遵守主辦單位及比賽場地之一切規則及決定。本人、參加者、參加者之繼承人、參加者之遺囑執行人及參加者之管理人謹此豁免大會、場地、所有贊助商、支持是項活動之團體及任何有關之團體對於參加者因參加是項活動而由任何原因，包括疏忽，所引致之疾病、死亡、個人損失之任何法律責任，以及放棄任何有關之權利、索償及追究行動。本人亦同時聲明參加者身體狀況良好及具備足夠訓練及裝備，適宜參加上述活動。本人願意授權主辦單位、場地及傳媒在無須本人及參加者審查而可以使用由大會為參加者拍攝的相片或影片作為活動籌辦及推廣之用。

1. 如於比賽前一天中午十二時或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，當日賽事將會取消。
2. 如於比賽當日凌晨十二時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨，當日賽事將會取消。
3. 如比賽進行中天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何警告，賽事總監有權將比賽賽程改變或取消正在進行中
的比賽。已進行的賽事不設補賽；報名費亦將不獲退還。
4. 大會建議參賽者於比賽早上致電或瀏覽香港天文台查詢有關天氣情況。（電話： 1878200）


1) If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 12:00noon on the day before race, the race will be cancelled.
2) If the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at any time from 00:00 am on the race day, the race will be cancelled.
3) If the above Inclement Weather/Condition Warnings be hoisted after the commencement of race, the Race Director has the right to change the race distance or race arrangement or to stop the race. If the race is being stopped, the race will be cancelled. There is no refund of entry fee for this case.
